Do you pick it up at the branch or do we deliver it to your home?
Yes. When completing your purchase, you can select the option of in-store pickup or delivery, subject to availability. WEC has a presence in several branches, including San Juan, Quebradillas, Cayey, Barceloneta, and Toa Baja, and also handles deliveries through its internal dispatch and receipt process.
Pick up in store in 30 minutes
Same-day delivery:
If you make your purchase before 4:00 p.m., your order will be ready in just 30 minutes, on the same day. (excluding Sundays and holidays).
Next-day delivery:
If you place your order after 4:00 p.m., your purchase will be available from 8:00 a.m. the next day (excluding Sundays and holidays).
Home delivery
Free shipping:
Applies to purchases of $200.00 (VAT included) or more. Check rates in our Shipping Policies.
Delivery hours:
Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Delivery times:
Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive your order within 1 to 3 business days (excludes Sundays and holidays).
During periods of high demand (Christmas, Black Friday, promotions), delivery times may be extended.
