The Square D™ SDSA1175 is a Surgelogic™ Type 1 surge protective device rated at 36 kA peak surge current, designed for 1-phase, 3-wire 120/240 VAC or 2-wire 120 VAC, 60 Hz systems. It offers a 25 kA short-circuit current rating (SCCR) with back nipple mounting and a compact NEMA 4X enclosure for indoor or outdoor installation adjacent to power panels. It provides 3 modes of protection with an LED status indicator. It can be used with or without an overcurrent protection device. UL 1449 Type 1 Listed. Complies with NEC Article 285 and CSA standards. Ideal for whole-house or commercial service entrance surge suppression.
